1. General Principle

The services offered by ProbaMax are digital services accessible immediately after payment, in the form of subscriptions or online access to computer tools.

In accordance with applicable legislation, digital services provided immediately do not give rise to an automatic right of refund.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun after the user's express agreement.

By validating their order, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts:

• that access to the services begins immediately after payment,
• that they expressly waive their right of withdrawal,
• that no refund may be claimed once the service is accessible.

3. Cases in Which No Refund Will Be Made

No refund will be granted, particularly in the following cases:

• dissatisfaction related to the results obtained,
• absence of expected gain or performance,
• misinterpretation of analyses or simulations,
• partial or total use of the services,
• early cancellation of an ongoing subscription.

4. Possible Exceptions

Exceptionally and on a strictly commercial basis, ProbaMax may decide to grant a partial or total refund, without this constituting an obligation or an acquired right for the user.
